    Thomas began his journey in movement with classical ballet training, refining his craft at two esteemed institutions: the San Francisco Ballet School and the Royal Ballet School. Following his dance education, he performed with Ballett Zürich and the Scottish Ballet, accumulating over two decades of professional dance experience.

    Driven by a desire to understand the human body more deeply and share his passion for movement, Thomas transitioned from professional dance into the field of Pilates. He first completed a 500-hour Pilates teacher certification in 2018 before continuing his education with BASI® Pilates in 2021, undertaking their comprehensive instructor training program. To further enrich his expertise, he completed the BASI® Legacy Program—comprising the Mentor, Master I & II, and Honors courses—which expanded upon and deepened his foundational studies.

    In addition to his Pilates education, Thomas holds a 200-hour yoga teacher training certification and has pursued complementary studies in anatomy and barre fitness. His extensive background allows him to integrate a deep understanding of the human body with the grace, control, and discipline of his classical ballet training.

    Now a dedicated instructor and studio owner, Thomas brings over twenty years of movement experience into every session. His teaching philosophy is rooted in safety, functionality, and mindful, controlled movement, with a focus on helping clients build strength, confidence, and discover the joy of movement.

    With a formative education in performing arts focusing primarily on classical ballet and modern dance, Patricia first discovered Pilates through a favorite teacher who incorporated the principles and repertoire of Joseph Pilates in her teaching. This pivotal experience sparked an interest that has continued to grow and inspired her to dive deeper into the study of Pilates and therapeutic movement.

    Patricia holds a master’s degree in Education in Cross-Cultural Teaching and Language Acquisition, with more than twenty years experience helping students of many ages develop communication skills. She is passionate about coaching her students in recognizing their individual potential, achieving goals, and empowering themselves.

    Patricia has completed the BASI® Pilates Comprehensive Mat and Apparatus Teaching Certification to deepen her knowledge, strengthen her practice, and help others along their own journeys towards optimal health. In addition, she is particularly fascinated by the fascial system and how its condition directly impacts our overall function.

    Patricia knows firsthand the restorative power that mindful movement, like Pilates and other bodywork modalities, have on our entire wellbeing. She is devoted to helping her students improve their alignment, balance, coordination, flexibility, and strength in order to fully thrive.

    Kaya discovered Pilates while seeking more balance in her own training and quickly fell in love with the method. She found it to be the perfect blend of the fitness elements she enjoys most - building strength, stability, and mobility - while also fostering a deeper connection to her body. This passion led her to pursue the BASI Pilates Comprehensive Teaching Certification, a 500 hour program covering both Mat and Apparatus.

    With a Master's degree in Strategic Fashion Marketing and a career in digital marketing, Kaya understands the power of clear communication and connection. She now channels these skills into creating engaging, supportive, and appropriately challenging Pilates classes that help clients progress with confidence and discover the joy of movement along the way.

    Kaya aims to help clients improve posture, alignment, and overall body confidence, while building balance and resilience that extends beyond the studio. Drawing on her understanding of modern work life, she is passionate about helping others feel stronger, more aligned, and empowered in both their bodies and their daily lives.

    Emma first discovered Pilates in 2022, instantly falling in love with the precision, flow, and mind–body connection it offered. Inspired by the transformative results she experienced, she began her teaching journey the following year, training through the BASI® Pilates certification program.

    Emma’s classes focus on precise movement, correct form, and mindful progression, helping clients feel stronger, more aligned, and confident in their everyday lives. She creates a supportive, encouraging environment where every client can move with purpose and leave feeling their best.

    Purva began her movement journey in Delhi, India, where she trained in ballet, contemporary dance, yoga, and meditation. At sixteen, she discovered a deep passion for the artistry of ballet and the stillness of yoga, which inspired her to pursue professional dance education in both India and Switzerland. Alongside her training, she also taught ballet to students of all ages, sharing her love of movement and expression from an early stage in her career.

    Her curiosity for uniting mindful movement with holistic health led her to expand her studies beyond dance. She completed a 500-hour yoga teacher training (RYT 500), earned a diploma in Ayurveda and Panchakarma, and in 2025, achieved her BASI® Mat Pilates teacher training certification. Drawing on this diverse background, Purva brings a unique teaching style that blends the grace and precision of ballet, the presence and breath awareness of yoga, and the functional strength of Pilates.

    In her classes, Purva emphasizes mindful alignment, mobility, and strength. She offers mat-based Pilates sessions designed to strengthen, tone, and improve posture through precise, functional movement, while her barre classes combine ballet-inspired, low-impact training to build strength, alignment, and stability. Across all formats, Purva encourages her students to cultivate awareness, resilience, and joy in their movement practice.

    For Aleksandra, movement has always been an essential part of life. From her school years, she was drawn to sports that combine physical strength with the power of breath. Today, she dedicates her time to trail running and Pilates.

    What attracted her most to the Pilates method is its holistic approach - going beyond the surface to help us connect with our bodies and move toward feeling and being our best selves. Aleksandra has completed her BASI Pilates Mat certification and continues to expand her knowledge.

    In her classes, you can expect gentle Pilates sequences interwoven with mobilizing exercises designed to improve range of motion. Her aim is to leave you with a sense of calm, satisfaction, and appreciation for what your body can achieve.
