BOOK A GROUP CLASS

To reserve your spot, please create an account through our Mindbody booking system.

We recommend enabling:
→ “Account Management” and
→ “Reminders & Schedule Changes”
notifications in your account settings to stay properly informed.

Important Information:

  • Pricing options become visible once you sign up for your first class.

  • Online classes can only be booked and purchased via our website — not through the Mindbody app. You will receive a Zoom link automatically in your booking confirmation email.

  • Promo codes can only be applied on our website, not in the app.

  • You may book classes up to one month in advance.

  • Registration closes 30 minutes before class start time.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

Our studio welcomes everyone, regardless of what level they are starting at. We are here to guide you on your unique movement journey, at your own pace.

BOOK A PERSONAL TRAINING

Pricing options become visible once you sign up for your first personal training.

  • Promo codes can only be applied via our website booking system — they do not work in the Mindbody app.

  • You may reserve sessions up to one month in advance.

  • Reservation closes 14 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

Duo Personal Trainings

  • Clients are responsible for finding their own training partner.

  • Both clients must purchase their sessions separately and book the same time slot through the system.

  • If one client cancels or does not attend, both clients will be charged for the session.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

Online Private Trainings

  • Online private sessions can only be booked through our website, not the Mindbody app.

  • You will receive a Zoom link automatically in your booking confirmation email upon reserving your session.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

BUY A GIFT CARD

  • Please create an account with our Mindbody booking system to purchase our gift cards.

  • Upon payment, you will be sent an online gift voucher with an option to send it to another recipient.
