Some of our service providers may process personal data outside Switzerland, including in the United States and countries within the European Economic Area, depending on the provider and service used.

Where personal data is transferred to a country that does not provide an adequate level of data protection under Swiss law, appropriate safeguards are used where required, such as recognised standard contractual clauses or another legally permitted transfer mechanism.

Where an applicable adequacy framework covers a recipient, transfers may be made on that basis.

The precise locations and safeguards may depend on the current infrastructure and subprocessors used by the relevant service provider.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies.

Some cookies are necessary for the website to function correctly. Others may be used for analytics, website improvement, advertising or social-media functionality.

Depending on the technologies currently active on the website, these may include:

We may send news, studio updates, offers and other marketing communications where permitted.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link contained in the email or by contacting us at:

Withdrawing from marketing communications does not prevent Studio Mōtus from sending communications that are reasonably necessary to administer an existing booking, purchase, membership, account or other service relationship.

9. Health + Sensitive Personal Data

Clients may voluntarily provide information relating to injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions or other circumstances relevant to safe participation.

Studio Mōtus processes this information only where reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose and limits access to persons who need the information.

Please avoid providing medical information that is not reasonably necessary for the relevant request or service.
