Our Classes & Trainings
-
Reformer + Chair (All Levels)
This class is the recommended starting point for anyone new to the studio or the Pilates apparatus. It is also ideal for experienced practitioners seeking a more mindful session at a calmer pace.
Throughout the class, you will work on both the Pilates Reformer and Wunda Chair. Both apparatus use adjustable spring resistance, but their distinct designs offer different exercises and movement experiences. The Reformer uses a moving carriage, while the Wunda Chair is built around a spring-loaded pedal. Moving between the two allows you to explore a broader range of the Pilates repertoire, creating a more varied and well-rounded practice.
Beginners will benefit from clear, structured guidance and a focus on the foundational repertoire. Regular clients can refine their technique, deepen their understanding, and explore each movement with greater precision.
With a maximum of five participants, our small-group format allows our instructors to offer individual attention and guidance throughout the session.
All levels are welcome. No prior Pilates experience is required to join this class.
-

Ideal for both newcomers to Pilates and those seeking a gentler, lower-intensity session, this class offers a tailored approach to meet diverse needs. Beginners will value the systematic and nuanced instruction, paving the way for a robust foundation in their Pilates journey. Simultaneously, those already acquainted with the practice but desiring a more mindful training will benefit from revisiting and refining essential movements and alignments.
All levels welcome. No prior Pilates experience required to join this class.

Through a broader range of exercises, you will continue to refine your technique, build strength, and improve mobility and alignment as your Pilates practice develops.
With a maximum of five participants, our small-group format allows our instructors to offer individual attention and guidance throughout the session.
Previous experience on both the Reformer and Wunda Chair is highly recommended. Clients new to the studio or training on the apparatus are encouraged to join our Reformer + Chair (All Levels) class first.

In Pilates Sculpt, various props may be incorporated, such as resistance bands, soft balls, Pilates circles and light weights, to intensify your workout. These tools provide resistance and add an extra challenge, allowing you to engage your muscles more deeply and achieve greater results.
*If you are new to the studio or a beginner to Pilates, we highly recommend joining our Pilates Mat (All Levels) class first.
-
Reformer Jump (Intermediate/Advanced)
Reformer Jump is an intermediate/advanced level class that incorporates the jump board, an attachment at the end of the Pilates Reformer that provides a cushioned, spring-loaded surface for jumping. Used in a variety of exercises, the jump board allows you to explore low-impact, plyometric movement patterns while building strength, endurance, and control.
This dynamic class introduces a cardio element to your Pilates practice, combining rhythmic sequences with spring resistance to challenge coordination, stability, and alignment. While the intensity is elevated, the focus remains on precise, mindful movement and proper technique.
With a maximum of 5 participants per class, our small group format ensures individual guidance and support throughout your training.
*If you are new or a beginner to training on the Reformer, we highly recommend joining our Reformer (All Levels) class first.

-
Fascia Flow + Tone (All Levels)
Dive into your body’s fascial system — our largest sensory organ — and discover the key to optimal health.
In this class you will learn how to utilize essential tools, like foam rollers, inflatable balls, resistance bands, and more to massage, stretch, restore, and strengthen your body’s fascia. By nourishing this vital connective tissue, you will relieve muscle soreness and tightness. Through releasing congestion and blockages, you will be able to more efficiently engage your core. In addition, this practice improves posture, increases range of motion, and simply feels fabulous.
What is fascia?
It is the weblike, layered network of connective tissue that surrounds and holds every organ, blood vessel, bone, nerve fiber, and muscle. In addition to providing internal structure, fascia has nerves that make it as sensitive as skin. It is also where our lymphatic system lives. It is designed to stretch as we move. Furthermore, it needs to be flexible and hydrated. However, internal and external stresses can cause fascia to thicken and become congested. This can cause it to dry up and tighten around your muscles, which can limit mobility and cause painful knots to develop, among other negative effects.*All levels welcome.
-
Ballet Barre (All Levels)
Step into the world of classical ballet with our Ballet Barre class, which offers a refined yet challenging experience focused solely on the fundamental repertoire of classical ballet. Throughout the session, you will work through precise arm and leg sequences, developing strength, coordination, and grace, all while using the barre for support.
Unlike our other group classes, this session demands heightened mental focus, as you will need to memorize and refine movement patterns throughout. While beginners to ballet are welcome, expect to be challenged both physically and mentally, as you build strength, balance, coordination, and grace.
*All levels welcome.
